Refund policy

Faulty Items

The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or return an item do not affect your right to reject faulty goods. Further information can be found at www.consumerdirect.gov.uk. If you do receive a faulty item, please return the item unused to us and we will refund you in full.

Exclusions

Please note colours and dyes which have been opened and used cannot be returned unless a subsequent fault is found with the quality of the finish obtained.

Returning Goods

Please return your item(s) to the address provided in the shipping sales order form included in your dispatched parcel .

If you wish to return goods we request that you please keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them.

Please telephone us if you would like to return your order, and we will send you pre-paid labels so that you can return them for free.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within the cooling off period which is two weeks from the data and time of purchase.
